1. We never receive your log or data files

The logs and data files the Program reads, their contents, exported Excel files and images, and file names and folder paths stay on your PC and are never sent to our servers.

2. What we process and why

If your computer name contains your personal name, you may rename the computer in Windows before registering.

3. Retention

Contract, payment and delivery records: 5 years. Complaint records: 3 years. Tax records: 5 years. Access logs: 3 months. Key and PC records: while the key is valid plus 1 year. After that the data is deleted irreversibly.

5. Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except when required by law.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data by writing to . We reply within 10 days. Deleting a key's records means the key can no longer be used. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.

7. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. We receive only a one-way hash of the PC ID. Administrative functions cannot be reached from the internet.

8. Cookies

This site does not use cookies to track you. The checkout (Paddle) may use cookies needed for payment.
