When you get a refund

When refunds are limited
Entering the key in the Program starts the supply of digital content, after which the right of withdrawal is limited, as allowed by law. This is stated at checkout and on this page.
Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time; the next payment will not be taken. You keep using the paid edition until the paid period ends; the remaining period is not refunded pro rata.
- If a renewal was charged within the last 7 days and you have not used the paid edition since, we will refund that renewal.
How to ask
Use the link in your receipt e-mail or write to . Card refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle; it can take a few days to appear on your statement. When refunded, the key stops working and the Program returns to the free edition.
