Reporting a problem

Sending these along lets us find it in one go.

1. Version — in the program under Help → About…
2. What you did and what happened — which file you opened, what you clicked, what you saw.
3. A screenshot — with the error message visible.
4. If a file causes it — please don't send company data. A small sample in the same format with the values removed or changed is enough.

Licenses · purchases · refunds

• Changing PCs — move it yourself under Help → License… in the program, even if the old PC no longer starts.
• Company or institution purchases · quotes — tell us how many people, the organisation's name, and whether you need a tax invoice. Volume and education discounts are on the Plans page.
